Little things.
Big party energy.

A favorite phrase. A signature drink. A running joke. Charlotte turns the details that make someone special into a celebration that could only belong to them.

03 / From idea to party

From loose idea
to favorite detail.

  1. 1

    Send the lore

The date, guest count, inspiration, inside jokes, colors—and the idea you can’t quite explain yet.

  2. 2

    Shape the moment

Charlotte recommends the pieces, confirms pricing, and creates a custom visual direction for approval.

  3. 3

    Begin the countdown

Your pieces are made, checked, and arranged for pickup, local delivery, or shipping.

What sounds interesting?

No pressure and no mailing list—just a personal reply about your party.

05 / Before you ask

A few things
you might ask.

When should I reach out?+

Three to four weeks ahead is ideal. If the date is closer, send it anyway—Charlotte takes on rush projects when the calendar allows.

Can you work from my invitation or mood board?+

Yes. An invitation, color palette, Pinterest board, inside joke, or single half-formed idea is enough to begin.

Do I need a full package?+

No. Order one perfect detail or ask Charlotte to build a coordinated collection around the celebration.

Can I pick up or have it shipped?+

Pickup, local delivery, and shipping depend on the piece and timing. The best handoff will be included with your quote.
